Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 20 July 2026

Cancellation is not the same as a refund. Cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewals according to the option selected in the billing portal. It does not automatically reverse charges already paid.

1. Cancelling a Subscription

You may manage or cancel an eligible paid subscription through Weydom's billing portal. The effective timing of cancellation depends on the cancellation option presented in the portal and your subscription status. Once cancellation takes effect, paid-plan access and usage allowances may end or revert to the available free tier.

2. Refund Requests

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once processed. We may consider refund requests case by case, including duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or exceptional service failures.

3. How to Request a Refund

Submit a request through Settings → Contact Us while signed in. Include the account email, approximate charge date, plan name, and a brief explanation. Do not send full payment-card details.

4. Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method using Stripe. Processing time after approval depends on Stripe, the payment network, and your financial institution.

5. Subscription Status After a Refund

A refund does not necessarily cancel an active subscription automatically. Where a refund is approved, Weydom may also cancel or adjust the associated subscription to prevent continued paid access for a refunded billing period, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

6. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy prospectively. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
